~ edilicious — the name says it all! I love everything I have bought from Jen. She really has a flare for making unusual flavours POP. I have visited her kitchen, which is extremely clean and that accounts for a lot, in my books. Jen is at the local Farmers’ Markets and has also now expanded and her products are available year round. It is great to have a few appetizers in the freezer for when company drops in. I have served them quite a few times and believe me, they are the first to go. Thanks Jen for providing such edilicious products. Lisa. ~
~ Hey Jen your cheese appetizers are awesome! My family loves them, each person has their favourite from your many magical flavour combinations – this Christmas mine was your new mango delight! Your new home made cream cheese is spectacular & the goat cheese is the freshest I’ve tasted. I especially appreciate your attention to detail and your impeccable, foodie extraordinaire quality standards. You have a gift for combining unique sweet & savoury flavours together in wonderful layers. On those rarest of occasions when there is a a little leftover, it makes for a very decadent spread on my toasted morning bagel. Your brownies, the ones my spouse calls his “life savers,” are the smoothest & chocolatiest I have ever experienced. I am dreaming of the upcoming farmers market season & the chance to taste your wonderful wares once again. Cheers till then. Jennifer ~
~ I send my gastronomical praises to edilicious, their cheese appetizers are amazing. A glass of wine, good friends and edilicious’ cheese appetizer, what a great taste sensation. Jen has done an excellent job of producing quality products. Her use of fresh local produce and top quality cheese gives her appetizers a truly gourmet flair. I love her pesto’s, they are so fresh tasting. It goes great with pasta and grilled chicken, yummy. Jen goes the extra mile to get her products to you. Looking forward to see what new items will come out this summer. Sincerely, a happy customer. Nancy ~
~ Jen at edilicious makes wonderful things to eat. I took two appetizers – the winter fruit, and the carmelized onions with figs – to my family’s Christmas dinner and they were quickly gobbled up! There was great discussion as to which was best, but there was no clear winner – they were both excellent and it seemed impossible to choose between them. We look forward to more treats in the future. Elaine ~
~ We are very fortunate to have these wonderful cheese appetizers at our market. I especially love the goat cheese ones. There is a flavour for everyone. I guess the sundried tomato with basil is my favorite, if I had to pick just one. They are all really good. And a great crowd pleaser too! And so easy. Just take it out of the freezer, put it onto a pretty plate with a knife and some special crackers and you’re good to go. Charlie – Bobcaygeon Farmer’s Market ~
~ Goat cheese, black olive and fig with pistachios and brandy. What can we say? Well – it’s orgasmic! Did we say that? Yes!! Our guests rave about it – and want to know where we sourced it. Which of course we’re always happy to provide. And never mind cutting it in half frozen (you know, to save some for later), never any left overs. Recommend serving for guests with a neutral cracker. We find that Stone Thins work well, just not a flavoured cracker. Warmed baguettes are a fave too. Pick your cracker. Oh yum, yum, yum! We make a point of getting a supply to keep in the freezer! ~ We have served the very delicious cream and goat cheese appetizers from edilicious at our Festival of Trees opening reception for the past several years. They are always the first items to disappear! We’ll be ordering and serving your appetizers again this year and look forward to your new creations. Thanks for adding a ‘touch of class’ to our event.
